ICMS was established in 1996, and is dedicated exclusively to applied research and development in the emerging fields of Intellectual Capital Management, Knowledge Management, Organisational Learning, Strategic and Competitive Benchmarking, and Competitive Intelligence.
Since its beginning, ICMS has developed methodologies and software systems that have been applied to a select set of small and medium-size European enterprises. Each applied research project results in the production of appropiate specific methodology and a corresponding software system.
